As infloor heating specialists with 20 years of experience manufacturing and supplying infloor heating systems across North America, we know the importance of our warranty commitment to the lives of our installers and end-users.

All thermostats carry a 3 year warranty. This warranty applies for all infloor heating systems installed after January 1, 2025.

Cosyfloor Systems Inc. warrants that its Infloor Heating Cables will be free from manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser in the property in which the heating system is installed. In case of failure, CosyFloor with repair or replace entire floor covering installation in part or in whole as necessary to restore infloor heating system to working condition.

Cosyfloor Systems Inc. warrants that its Infloor Heating Thermostats will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years from the date of installation.

Conditions of Coverage:

• Installation is completed according to installation guidelines and recommendations of CosyFloor
• Installation is completed in accordance with applicable local and national building codes and regulations
• Complete warranty registration is filed within 30 days of installation at https://cosyfloor.ca/warranties/
• Warranty Claims must be made within 30days of date of failure
• Original proof of purchase is required to claim warranty

Exclusions from Coverage:

• Commercial installations
• Installations where CosyFloor infloor heating system appears to have been altered from original specification.
• Installations where CosyFloor infloor heating system appears to have been damaged or repaired following installation.

Limitations of Coverage:

• Applicable for installations within the United States & Canada
• Includes removal and re-installation of necessary flooring materials not extending beneath the original subfloor and above the finished floor (eg; walls, tub surrounds toilets) OR provide compensation equal to the cost of the original floor installation but not exceeding 100sq.ft. and $40/sq.ft.
• In instances where original finish materials are no longer available, CosyFloor cannot guarantee an exact match of original finish material
• Purchasers are expected to hold 10% overage of floor finish materials in case of repairs
• Thermostats must be installed within 6 months from purchase date otherwise warranty period shall commence from purchase date and continue for 3.5 years
• Associated travel costs to complete work in rural locations
